APOPLEXY

DIFFINATION:-

It is a loss of CONSIOUSNESS.

CAUSE:-
===============

1) Brain Hamm
2)Internal hordeolum

EXTERNAL HORDEOLUM

It is also known supperfical stick moll's gland .There are inflamation of moll's gland take place .

SYMPTOM OF EXTERNAL HORDEOLUM

1)pain in the primary symptom & intensity of the pain & direct position to the amount of lid sowllen , temparay blandness ,redness ,loss of vision , fever.


INTERNAL HORDEOLUM

It effect the meibomain gland .it is relativly large & depp inpect .

SYMPTOM OF INTERNAL HORDEOLUM

Sowllen , pain , headach , conjection in eye .

TREATMENT :-

1) Treatment of both internal & external hordeolum is with warm comparsion for 10 to 15 min .three times a day.

2)If pus formation is present in syte it should drain out but this method when applied medicinal treatment is failed.


COMPLICATION :-

A large hordeolum can be complicated by sellevtitis of the internal lid or blindness
